Boris-Chengbiao Zhou	623ebf2fb1	hc32f460: Use correct USART for PH2/PB10 pins ... This fixes serial communication when selecting the PH2/PB10 pins. The chip datasheet (not reference manual) assigns pins to one of two communication function groups (`Func_Grp1/2`). Pins in group 1 have access to USART1/2 while group 2 has access to USART3/4.
